How to Manage your Lists

 

All instructions below require you to be logged into your Account.

Create a new List
To create a List you have to firstly login to your Library account.
Once logged in you have two methods to create a new list

Method 1: Go to your ‘My Lists’ section and click the ‘create new list’ button

Method 2: Find a title, click the cover, click the ‘plus’ symbol then choose the option ‘New list’, enter the name of the new List. The item will automatically be added to the new List.

 

See your List
Methods to access your List (once logged in):

•    Click the ‘Bookmark’ icon on the ribbon at the bottom of the Library website page
•    Click the ‘My Lists’ option on ribbon at the bottom of the Library website page
•    Go to your ‘Account’ screen and choose the ‘My Lists’ tab.

 

To add an item
To add an item to a List you have to firstly login to your Library account.
Once logged in, search for the item
Click on the cover of the chosen item
Click the ‘plus’ symbol
To add it to an existing list, click on the name of the list
To add it to a new list, click ‘New list’, enter the name of the new list and click ‘Create’. The item will automatically be added to the new list.
NOTE: You can add an item to more than one list at a time.

 

To remove an item
To remove an item from a List you have to firstly login to your Library account.
Once logged in, go to your ‘My List’ section in your Account
Click on the cover of the chosen item to remove
Click the ‘plus’ symbol
Click ‘Remove

 

To reserve an item from your existing List of items
To reserve an item from your list you have to firstly login to your Library account.
Once logged in, please go to your ‘My Lists’ section in your Account
Choose an item from your list 
In the pop-up box, if there is more than one format click on the format you wish to reserve e.g. Books
Choose a pickup location
Click 'Place Reservation'

 

Edit/delete an existing List
To edit a List you have to firstly login to your Library account.
Once logged in, please go to your ‘My Lists’ section in your Account
Click the ‘Edit’ icon next to the List your wish to edit
You can rename or delete a list using the options under ‘Edit’. NOTE: deleting a List will also delete any items within it.
