How to Renew your items

 

All instructions below require you to be logged into your Account.

Text instructions

 

  1. To Renew multiple/all eligible items
    To renew an item firstly login to your Library account.
  2. Once logged in, choose the 'Profile' icon found in top right corner on larger devices or on small devices tap the 3 horizontal lines
  3. Choose the 'Account' option' from the drop down options
  4. Ensure you are on the 'My Shelf' section
  5. To renew all eligible items click the 'Renew all' button
  6. Your items will now be listed. Items with a 'Tick' next to them will be renewed. If you do not wish to renew an item, untick it.
  7. Click 'Renew selected'. This will renew all ticked items eligible for renewal
  8. Successfully renewed items will have a green tick next to them.
  9. The new due dates will show under the item however you can click 'Reload' icon to ensure the new dates are showing.

To renew an individual item

  1. Ensure you are logged into your library account and on the 'My Shelf' section
  2. Click on the cover of an item.
  3. Click the 'Renew' button that appears in the items pop-up window
  4. Click Proceed.
